FIND OUT WHAT IS ACTUALLY WRONG BEFORE YOU SPEND A DOLLAR FIXING IT

We start with a diagnosis because most businesses know something is off, but few can name it. Guessing is expensive, whether it means rebuilding a site that only needed repairs or patching one that should have been replaced two years ago. Make an educated decision on where to place your marketing investments.

Two Assessment to answer two separate questions

WEBSITE TECHNICAL REVIEW

You inherited a site and do not know what you have. You are considering a redesign but are not sure it is necessary. You are evaluating a new web partner and want an objective read before you commit. Or something has felt broken for a while and nobody has ever looked under the hood.

What we examine:

  • Performance and page speed across desktop and mobile
  • Accessibility against current standards
  • Plugin inventory, versions, conflicts, and security exposure
  • Site structure, navigation, and content organization
  • Forms, conversion paths, and where visitors drop off
  • Branding consistency, messaging clarity, and user experience
  • Hosting environment, backups, and maintenance status

What You Receive:

A written report covering every finding, ranked by severity, with a plain-language explanation of what each issue costs you. It ends with a direct recommendation: rebuild or optimize, and why. If the answer is optimize, we tell you what to fix first.

THE SEO AND AI SEARCH AUDIT

You have a functioning site and you want reach. You are investing in content or SEO and cannot tell whether it is working. You want to understand what a serious growth strategy would actually require before committing to one. Or competitors keep appearing where you do not.

What we examine:

  • Page-by-page on-page review across your core service pages
  • Keywords based on what people are actually searching for
  • Content gaps against the markets and services you already serve
  • Technical crawl: broken links, orphan pages, redirects, errors
  • Topic-level AI visibility showing exactly which subjects you win and which you do not
  • Structured data audit against every schema type your business should have

What You Receive:

Two deliverables. A summary report with findings, competitive context, and a prioritized action list ranked by business impact. And a working spreadsheet with every audited page: its target keyword, current position, internal linking strength, AI visibility by topic, the specific issue found, the recommended fix, and rewritten titles and meta descriptions ready to implement.

Not Sure Which One You Need?

  • If you cannot tell whether your website is worth keeping, start with the Technical Review.
  • If your website works and nobody is finding it, start with the SEO and AI Search Audit.
  • If you are about to spend money on a redesign, start with the Technical Review so you know whether you need one.
  • If you are already paying for SEO and cannot see results, start with the SEO and AI Search Audit.
  • If both sound like you, tell us on the call and we will point you to whichever answers the more urgent question first.

What Happens After

The findings are yours. You can hand the report to your current developer, work through it internally, or bring it to another agency entirely. Nothing is withheld and nothing requires a follow-up engagement to become useful.

If you want us to do the work, we will scope it from the same document you are already holding, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and why.

What others have to say...

Honestly, we are not a super tech advanced staff, so the biggest value of working with Second Click is your expertise – and patience! I know we all say there are no dumb questions but we have definitely asked some, lol. I appreciate not only the resolutions but the time taken to explain.

Working with Erin at Second Click Media has been nothing short of amazing. She originally designed my website a few years ago, and when we later decided to dissolve the old site, she didn’t hesitate to jump in and get my new one up and running right away. She truly has been an integral part of my business’s growth and success, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Common Questions

How much does a review cost?
Technical Reviews start at $300 and SEO and AI Search Audits start at $500. Final pricing depends on the size of the site, since a ten page site and a two hundred page site are not the same amount of work. We confirm the price before we begin. There are no findings-based upsells and no surprise invoice at the end.
Most reviews are delivered within one to two weeks of receiving access. Larger sites take longer, and we will tell you the timeline before you pay rather than after.
No. The report is a standalone deliverable and it is yours to use however you want, including with another agency. We are not going to give you half the findings and hold the rest until you sign something.
The Technical Review answers whether your website is healthy and whether it should be rebuilt. The SEO and AI Search Audit answers why you are not being found and what it would take to change that. One is about the condition of the asset. The other is about its reach. If you need both, we will tell you which to run first.
For the technical review we need admin access to your website, and read access to Google Analytics and Google Search Console if you have them. That is it. We handle the rest, and we will walk you through granting access if that part is unfamiliar.
You receive the written report along with a recorded video walkthrough, so you can hear us explain the findings rather than decipher them on your own. Watch it as many times as you want, and share it with your team or your board. From there, we schedule a consultation call at no additional cost. Bring your questions, your developer, or your skepticism. We will walk through what we found, what we would prioritize, and what we would do first if it were our website. What happens after that is your call. Some partners take the report and handle the work internally. Some hand it to their existing developer. Some ask us to scope the work, and if that is the direction you want, we build the proposal directly from the document you are already holding.
